1. Game Rules and Competition Terms

1.1 These Detailed Game Rules form part of the KASH Terms & Conditions. These Rules and the competition details published in the App before a competition begins govern the mechanics of that competition, including scoring, assistance, prizes, and tie rules.

1.2 KASH is the sponsor of every KASH competition unless another sponsor is expressly named in the App.

1.3 Apple is not a sponsor, administrator, promoter, or participant in any KASH competition or prize, and Apple has no responsibility for the conduct, prizes, payments, or operation of KASH competitions. Google LLC is likewise not a sponsor, administrator, promoter, or participant in any KASH competition or prize and has no responsibility for their conduct, prizes, payments, or operation.

1.4 KASH system records and server time are used to administer competition schedules, entries, answers, item usage, scores, rankings, and prize calculations, subject to the review process in Section 4.

1.1 Regular Quizzes

1.5 Regular quizzes are scheduled approximately every 15 minutes during the weekly competition cycle. Temporary changes caused by maintenance, technical conditions, security concerns, or events outside reasonable KASH control may occur.

1.6 Each regular quiz contains 10 questions.

1.7 A correct answer earns the points stated in the scoring table published in the App for the relevant weekly cycle. Unless a different scoring table is announced before the cycle begins, the default scoring is: Questions 1, 2, and 3 earn 2 points each; Questions 4, 5, and 6 earn 4 points each; Question 7 earns 6 points; Questions 8 and 9 earn 8 points each; and Question 10 earns 10 points. A perfect quiz with all 10 correct answers earns 50 points. An incorrect or unanswered question earns no points.

1.8 An incorrect or unanswered question earns no points.

1.9 An incorrect answer ends the quiz attempt unless the player uses an eligible life in accordance with Section 2. If a life is used, points earned before the incorrect answer remain valid, the incorrect question earns no points, and the player may continue to the next question.

1.10 Response time does not add points. A player must still answer within any question timer displayed in the App.

1.2 Weekly Leaderboard

1.11 Each weekly cycle starts on Friday at 6:30 PM and ends on the following Friday at 5:30 PM, Cairo time.

1.12 All valid points recorded during the cycle are added to the weekly leaderboard.

1.13 At the end of the cycle, the top 10 eligible players receive shares of the announced weekly prize pool as follows:

1.14 The 10 shares total 100 percent of the announced weekly prize pool. KASH will apply a reasonable whole currency rounding method so that the total amount paid equals the announced prize pool.

1.15 If two or more players have the same final score, the player with the greater number of valid quiz attempts recorded during the weekly cycle ranks higher. A valid quiz attempt means a scheduled quiz in which the player submitted at least one answer.

1.16 If players remain tied after applying Section 1.15, the following rules apply in order:

1. The player with the greater number of perfect quizzes ranks higher.
2. If the players remain tied, the player who correctly answered Question 10 in the greater number of quizzes ranks higher.
3. If the players remain tied, the player who correctly answered Question 9 in the greater number of quizzes ranks higher.
4. If the players remain tied, the player who first reached the final tied score ranks higher.
5. If all recorded tie criteria remain identical, the prize shares for the tied positions will be combined and divided equally among the tied players, with the next ranking position adjusted accordingly.

1.3 Friday Tournament

1.17 A live tournament is scheduled every Friday at 6:00 PM, Cairo time. All participating players play the same tournament live at the same time.

1.18 The tournament contains 10 questions.

1.19 Every eligible player who successfully completes all 10 tournament questions under the published tournament rules shares the announced tournament prize pool equally with the other qualifying players.

1.20 A player may use the limited tournament assistance described in Section 2. If the player answers one of Questions 1 through 7 incorrectly, the player may use the one permitted tournament life and continue to the next question. Use of the permitted life does not remove the player from the tournament or prevent qualification. The player remains eligible if the player successfully completes all remaining questions through Question 10 and otherwise complies with the tournament rules. An incorrect answer to Question 8, 9, or 10 ends the tournament attempt because no life may be used after Question 7.

1.21 If there is no qualifying winner, the announced prize amount is carried forward and added to the following Friday tournament unless a different treatment was published before the tournament began.

1.22 Equal prize shares will be rounded using the method shown in the App or payment notice. Any minor remainder will be handled so that the total payment does not exceed or fall below the announced prize pool.

1.4 Competition Announcements and Future Changes

1.23 KASH may change prize amounts, scoring, schedules, formats, assistance limits, territories, or tie rules for a future competition.

1.24 A material competition change will be published before the affected competition begins. A change will not retroactively reduce a completed score or prize.

1.25 KASH may suspend, delay, cancel, or restart a quiz or competition where reasonably necessary because of a technical failure, security incident, widespread connectivity problem, fraud, system error, legal requirement, or event outside reasonable KASH control.

1.26 Where a competition is materially affected, KASH will announce the applicable treatment of points and prize funds. KASH will act reasonably and will not use this Section to avoid paying a valid completed prize.

1.27 KASH does not guarantee the permanent continuation of any competition, schedule, prize amount, scoring method, or feature. KASH may make an immediate change or take protective action where necessary for law, app store or platform requirements, security, fraud prevention, system integrity, technical failure, an obvious error, or an event outside reasonable KASH control.

1.5 Advertisements and Sponsored Content

1.28 KASH may display advertisements and sponsored content selected and delivered through KASH systems, including before, during, or between quiz questions.

1.29 The frequency, format, duration, and placement of advertisements may vary. Advertisements do not determine the correct answer, points, ranking, or prize eligibility.

1.30 KASH may measure advertisement views, clicks, unique viewers, approximate region, device type, placement, and campaign performance using an internal account or user identifier. Advertisers receive aggregated or anonymized reports only, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

1.31 Players may report an inappropriate, misleading, or age unsuitable advertisement through the App reporting feature or Info@kash-app.com.

2. Hints, Lives, and Virtual Items

2.1 Entry to every KASH competition is free. A purchase is never required to enter or win.

2.2 KASH may offer optional hints and lives through the applicable app store, promotional grants, or another method shown in the App. KASH does not currently grant hints or lives as a reward for watching advertisements.

2.3 During a regular leaderboard quiz:

1. A player may use no more than two hints.
2. A player may use no more than two lives.
3. Hints and lives may only be used during Questions 1 through 7.
4. No hint or life may be used during Questions 8, 9, or 10.

2.4 During the Friday tournament:

1. A player may use no more than one tournament hint.
2. A player may use no more than one tournament life.
3. Tournament hints and lives may only be used during Questions 1 through 7.
4. No tournament hint or life may be used during Questions 8, 9, or 10.

2.5 A hint removes one incorrect answer option from the answer choices for the current question. It does not reveal or automatically select the correct answer.

2.6 A life may be used immediately after an incorrect answer to one of Questions 1 through 7, subject to the relevant competition limit. It allows the player to continue to the next question. In a regular leaderboard quiz, no points are awarded for the incorrect question, points earned before the life is used remain valid, and points may be earned from later correct answers. In the Friday tournament, use of the one permitted tournament life preserves the player's eligibility to continue and qualify, provided the player successfully completes all remaining questions through Question 10. An incorrect answer to Question 8, 9, or 10 ends the attempt because no life may be used after Question 7.

2.7 The same assistance limits apply regardless of whether an item was purchased or obtained through an authorized promotion.

2.8 Purchasing a virtual item does not provide extra competition entries, additional points, different questions, a preferred ranking, a guaranteed prize, or assistance beyond the published limits.

2.9 Virtual items have no cash value, do not represent stored money, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

2.10 Virtual item purchases are processed by the relevant app store. Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the relevant app store rules.

3. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

3.1 The following conduct is prohibited:

1. Creating, maintaining, accessing, controlling, or playing through more than one account, including any duplicate account registered with different contact, device, identity, payment, or sign in information. Each natural person may play through one KASH account only.
2. Sharing, selling, lending, or transferring an account.
3. Using bots, scripts, emulators, automation, unauthorized software, answer databases, or technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Coordinating with another person to manipulate answers, scores, rankings, or prizes.
5. Exploiting a bug, error, timing issue, or security weakness instead of reporting it.
6. Manipulating device, identity, age, location, payment, advertising, or purchase information.
7. Harassing another player or KASH personnel.
8. Engaging in fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens App security or fair competition.

3.2 KASH may use technical and manual controls, including account, device, authentication, gameplay, contact, identity, and payment indicators, to identify suspicious activity and accounts that may be linked to the same person. KASH may temporarily restrict access, hold a score or payment, or request reasonable verification while a review is completed.

3.3 Where KASH reasonably establishes that a player has used or controlled more than one account, KASH may suspend or restrict any linked account, remove or correct affected points, disqualify affected entries, withhold, cancel, recover, or set off prizes reasonably connected to the violation where permitted by law, close one or all linked accounts, block associated identifiers from future registration or access, impose a permanent ban, or take another proportionate protective action. Similar measures may apply to another serious fair play violation. These actions remain subject to applicable law and the review process in Section 4.

3.4 KASH will not cancel a valid unrelated prize solely because of a minor breach that did not affect eligibility, scoring, payment, security, or fair competition.

3.5 Public names and profile images must comply with the Terms. Players may report inappropriate profile content through the reporting feature in the App or by contacting Info@kash-app.com. KASH may review, reject, remove, hide, or restrict reported content and may warn, suspend, close, or permanently ban an account for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law and the review process in Section 4.

4. Score, Disqualification, and Prize Review

4.1 KASH makes an initial determination using system records and available evidence.

4.2 A player may request a review of a score, ranking, disqualification, or withheld prize by contacting Info@kash-app.com within 7 days after the result or decision is communicated.

4.3 The request should identify the account, competition, date, and reason for review. KASH may request information reasonably required to investigate.

4.4 KASH will review the available evidence and communicate the outcome within a reasonable period. Nothing in this Section limits rights available under mandatory law.

5. Prize Balance and Payments

5.1 A cash prize is credited to the player Prize Balance, which may be labelled Wallet in some App versions.

5.2 The Prize Balance is only a record of verified prizes owed by KASH. It is not a bank account, payment account, deposit, or electronic money. It does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another player.

5.3 The normal minimum withdrawal is 100 EGP.

5.4 Supported payment methods may include Egyptian mobile wallets and bank transfers. Available methods are shown in the App and may change.

5.5 KASH normally processes an approved withdrawal request within 5 working days. Verification, inaccurate details, fraud review, banking delays, compliance requirements, or events outside reasonable KASH control may require additional time.

5.6 Payments are normally made in Egyptian Pounds unless KASH states otherwise before the relevant competition.

5.7 Before releasing a payment, KASH may require the winner full name, phone number, date of birth, payment destination, guardian information where applicable, and other reasonable verification.

5.8 KASH may request a national identification document only where reasonably necessary to verify identity, age, payment ownership, suspicious activity, fraud, or legal compliance.

5.9 The payment destination must match the verified winner or guardian information. The player is responsible for providing accurate payment details.

5.10 KASH does not charge a withdrawal fee unless a fee is clearly disclosed before the request. A bank, mobile wallet, or other payment provider may apply its own fees.

5.11 Any tax obligation related to a prize is the winner responsibility unless KASH is legally required to deduct or report an amount.

5.12 When requesting account closure, a player may request a final payment of any verified cash prize balance even if the balance is below 100 EGP. Identity and payment verification may be required.

5.13 If an account is closed for cheating or fraud, KASH may cancel only the unpaid prize or points reasonably connected to that conduct, subject to applicable law and the review process in Section 4.

Future Changes and Protective Action

KASH may update these Rules for future competitions. Material changes are normally published before the affected competition begins. KASH may apply an immediate change, pause, cancellation, restart, correction, or other protective action where necessary for law, app store or platform requirements, security, fraud prevention, system integrity, technical failure, an obvious error, or an event outside reasonable KASH control. KASH does not guarantee a particular future competition, schedule, prize pool, scoring method, feature, or uninterrupted service. A valid prize finally awarded will not be reduced solely because KASH later changes these Rules, but KASH may correct fraud, duplicate accounts, an unlawful payment, a manifest calculation error, or a result caused by a system defect.
