Welcome to KASH App! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KASH mobile application ("App"), operated by KASH (FZC), a company established under the laws of the United Arab Emirates ("UAE").

Non-Gambling Nature

KASH App is not a gambling platform. It is a skill-based trivia application designed for entertainment. There are no elements of chance, betting, or wagering. All quizzes and tournaments are free to enter, and players compete based solely on their knowledge and speed.

Winning is based entirely on skill — not luck — and there is no requirement to pay or place any bet to participate or win. Any optional purchases (such as hints or lives) do not provide unfair advantages that transform the nature of the game into one of chance. KASH is fully compliant with UAE regulations and international best practices related to non-gambling digital platforms.

Eligibility

You may use the App regardless of age. However:

  • If a user is under the age of 16 and wins a cash prize, the prize will be transferred to their parent or legal guardian after proper verification.
  • All users must be natural persons using their own identity and not using the App for commercial or fraudulent purposes.
  • We reserve the right to verify age and identity before releasing any prize.

Account Registration

  • One account per person is allowed.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive accounts.

Game Rules

  • Game rules and formats may change from time to time.
  • Gameplay involves answering trivia questions with points earned based on performance.
  • Additional details about the game format are provided within the App.

In-App Purchases

  • The App is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases may include Hints, Lives, or other features or items.
  • Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Prices are clearly displayed in the App before purchase confirmation.

Tournaments and Prizes

  • Quizzes and tournaments may offer cash prizes, as announced within the App.
  • Prize pools are funded by the company and may roll over if no winner qualifies.
  • Users must verify identity and account ownership before receiving payouts.
  • Verification may include submission of national ID and/or passport and may require facial recognition or live face verification.
  • If a prize winner is under 16, the prize will be issued to their legal guardian upon verification.

Payouts

  • Payouts are made via verified bank transfers or mobile wallets, subject to local laws.
  • Payouts will be processed within five (5) working days of claim validation and successful identity verification.
  • Prizes unclaimed after 180 days will be forfeited.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with the App's normal operation.
  • Share or sell your account.
  • Use bots, scripts, or any automated methods to play.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed AED 500.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to content, code, design, and branding, are owned by or licensed to KASH (FZC).

Privacy

Your data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. We use secure methods to protect your information and will not sell your data to third parties.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the most current version periodically. Updates may not be communicated directly, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
